There are number of ways in which Butchard Associates might be able to help you:

• Attack the old debt: this is always time consuming, and even where there is a full or part time debt collector, it is often the old debt that is put to one side because it requires some investigation to determine what action to take
• Purge some of your collectable debt to get some money in quickly
• Review your debt collection procedures and system configuration, make recommendations for improvement and implement any changes required.
• Produce a report on your debt collection: how is it going, how quickly is it being collected, who are the best/worse payers, etc.
